Why I include a complimentary 2D layout with every bundle.

You have probably come across other photography services who charge you (x) amount for a 2D layout on top of the photography fees. Then you come along to us, and you wonder, why are they giving this to me for free. Well, to tell you the truth, I think it’s the right thing to do.

As a longtime renter and a homebuyer-looking, nothing aggravates me more than a property listing not having a simple 2D layout. Having a 2D layout makes a world of difference to potential buyers and renters. It allows you to visualize a space, figure out if your furniture fits, and how rooms to connect to each other.

According to Zillow, 69% of buyers want to see a layout*. If the majority of your potential homebuyers want it, then I’m providing it. Does it loose me some income, yeah it does, but I’d rather give my customers and their buyers a better homebuying experience.
