A Zillow Panorama Walkthrough or Matterport Walkthrough? What’s the difference and which one should I get?

A Matterport walkthrough offers a higher quality 3D walkthrough of your home, more points of selection in the 3D render, a 3D Dollhouse view of the property, editable points to point out features in the home like a high-end stove, custom imported tile or updated flooring.

A Zillow Walkthrough is made up of 360-degree panorama pictures that are stitched together to create the walkthrough. There are less points captured with a zillow tour, so there is less flexibility for the user to get closer to objects they may want to see. A Zillow tour generally features the center of a room and offers a 360 view of the room. Because there is just one image captured for the room, the walkthrough itself isn’t as high quality as Matterport but still offers great 360-degree views of every room, the entrance and even the outside of the property.
